Human fascination with fungi, one of the oldest organism groups on earth, has remained a constant for centuries.

Researched and recorded by a naturalist over the course of 40 years dating back to 1860, Roomytown found these incredible drawings of hundreds of species of fungi from England and Wales rendered in pencil, watercolour, and ink. We chose the most relevant and well-known British fungi species, to curate this one of a kind fine art print.

Finding beauty in the forgotten. Roomytown began with a love of discovering overlooked treasures — antique engravings, botanical sketches, and vintage typography — and giving them new life in modern homes. Each piece has its own history, whether tucked in a museum archive, hidden in an old book, or waiting in a flea market box. Our Bath studio is where these gems are rediscovered, restored, and reimagined, transforming the past into designs that feel timeless and personal.
