Yes! We are located Downtown Galt in Cambridge, Ontario and you can visit our store in person to shop and browse. We also have a warehouse near our shop where we process online orders and receive inventory.

Our brick & mortar shop is 3000 sq ft and is fully stocked with all the products you see on our online store. What you see online, you'll also see in-store.

We offer FREE CANADA-WIDE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $199 and a flat rate shipping fee of $16.95 plus applicable taxes on all other orders.

Every order ships quickly, with Priority Shipping and Tracking provided.

We process all orders quickly and ship within 1-4 business days. Packages go out Tuesday through Friday and always ship Priority with Tracking.

We ship out of our warehouse in Cambridge, Ontario and ship all across Canada. Shipping times vary by distance and location with remote locations taking longer than urban addresses.

Please note: we do not ship Internationally or to the US.

Absolutely. You can select “In-Store Pickup” at checkout, and we’ll notify you when your order is ready. If you place your order before 2pm we will have your order ready the same day.

We want you to love your item, but sometimes things just don’t work out. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 14 days of receipt. With an original receipt, a full refund will be applied to the original method of payment, otherwise store credit will be issued.
