We were always meant to be shopgirls.

We founded the shop as a mother-and-two-daughter team in 2012, bringing our shared passion for shopping and our desire to build a beautiful retail boutique together.

Today, we (Pamela & Laura) are running the shop side-by-side as sisters and business partners, while our mom, Joanne, is enjoying her much-deserved retirement. People ask us all the time how we run this family business together and if we truly get along, and the answer is, yes! We actually do really like each other and we think one of the keys to our success is how much fun we have at the shop!

In 2019 we expanded to a larger 3000 sq ft store right around the corner from our original shop. When you visit our brick & mortar, you will be greeted by our amazing team of shopgirls and it will probably be clear right away that they have a lot of fun working here too! The service we provide and the connections we make in our community is truly what we are the most proud of.

We have a passion for creative work and our shop gives us the space to explore that. Surrounded by beautiful things, we are always creating new window displays or in-store vignettes. Here we get to connect with our customers, sharing a mutual affinity for the hand-chosen items we sell. Expanding into the world of online shopping in recent years allows us to connect with more people and it gives us an even bigger playground to be creative in.  We work hard to design and produce fresh content and put ourselves out there as models whenever we can. We take our own photography and through our social media channels and website we strive to connect as authentically as we can.

If you can come shop in person, our town is truly a beautiful place. Downtown Galt in Cambridge, Ontario is full of historic architecture, scenic views of the Grand River, plenty of shops and restaurants and is an all-over great place to visit.
