Shipping
We offer FREE CANADA-WIDE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $199.
Orders under $199 have a flat rate shipping fee of $16.95 plus applicable taxes.
We process all orders quickly and ship within 1-4 business days. Packages go out Tuesday through Friday and always ship Priority with Tracking.
All items are carefully picked & packed by our Shopgirls at our warehouse in Cambridge, Ontario. Shipping times vary by distance and location with remote locations taking longer than urban addresses.
Please note: we do not ship internationally or to the US. Free shipping threshold applies to all products purchased and excludes e-gift cards.
All orders placed during a SALE EVENT may take longer than usual to be completed. If you need your order quickly, just let us know and we'll get it ready right away!

We offer EASY IN-STORE PICKUP at our brick & mortar shop located at 11 Ainslie St. S, Cambridge, Ontario.
Need your order quickly? We offer SAME-DAY PICKUP when you place your order by 2pm.

Returns for Online Purchases
We want you to love your item, but sometimes things just don’t work out. Making a return is super easy!
You have 14 days of receipt of your order to initiate a return and get your item(s) on their way back to us.
Please access your order history and submit a Return Request here. Once your request is approved, we'll send you instructions to return your item(s) BY MAIL or BY STORE DROP-OFF.

Please note: We do not process online returns in-store but we're happy to help! Simply drop off your return to any our Sales Associates and they'll hand it off to our eCom Team to take care of the rest! Once our eCom Team receives your item(s), we will process your return within 1-3 business days by issuing your refund back onto your original method of payment and emailing you a confirmation & receipt.
Returns for In-Store Purchases
We want you to love your item, but sometimes things just don’t work out. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 14 days for an exchange or refund.
An original receipt is required for a refund. If you do not have a receipt, store credit will be issued for the last activity price within the past 30 days of that item. With a Gift Receipt, customers may exchange or return for store credit. Item must be in its original packaging and in perfect, unused condition.

How do I return something I bought online?
How do I return something I bought online?
Please submit your Return Request here. You will see your order history, select the order you want to return and then select the Request Return option. Follow the on-screen instructions to send us the details of your request.
You'll hear back from us within 24-48 hours with next steps.
Once your request is approved, please carefully pack up your return and label it with your name. All products must be returned unworn, unused & with original tags. Item(s) must be returned or mailed back to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
If you drop off your return in-store, please note we do not process online returns in-store but we're happy to help! Simply give your return to any our Sales Associates and they'll hand it off to our eCom Team to take care of the rest!
Within 1-3 business days our eCom Team will inspect your return, issue your refund onto your original payment method and email you a confirmation & receipt.
Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable and shipping costs to return your item(s) are at the customer's expense.

If you would like to exchange your item for something else, please purchase the new item online, and in the meantime, return your original item to us.
We cannot process "exchanges" for online orders, returns and purchases must be processed on separate transactions.

If you're looking to return a gift you received, you can visit us in-store, or email us at orders@theartofhome.ca if the item was purchased online.
For online orders, you’ll need the order ID shown on the packing slip or in the order confirmation email (received by the person who purchased the gift). For in-store purchases, you'll need an original or gift receipt.
All gifts are returned for store credit or exchange.

*Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable and all Christmas seasonal items purchased on sale are Final Sale. All pre-orders or special orders must be paid for in full upon ordering and are subject to a 50% restocking fee if returned.

Yes! We will refund the difference on an item if the listed retail price has lowered within the last 14 days of purchase. Items that go on sale as part of a special event promotion (such as Black Friday), a flash sale, or are Online-Only (such as Cyber Monday), are excluded. Items must be in stock at the time of the return request to qualify. Proof of purchase is required.
