Orders under $99 have a flat rate shipping fee of $16.95 plus applicable taxes.

Our shop is 3000 sq ft and is fully stocked with all the products you see on our online store. We are an all-women team who truly enjoy our time in-store and pride ourselves in creating a happy and beautiful place for our customers to visit.

Absolutely. You can select “In-Store Pickup” at checkout, and we’ll notify you when your order is ready. If you place your order before 2pm we will have your order ready the same day.

There’s no rush to pick up your order — we’ll send a reminder after 30 days. If we haven’t heard from you after 60 days, your order will be cancelled and fully refunded.

We buy from many different brands so you will see size breakdowns in both US and European standard sizing.

We try our best to provide accurate descriptions with sizing advice for specific products. If a style is oversized, we may recommend sizing down, or if it fits small we will let you know.

One thing we do know for sure -- size is just a number! We find that brands can vary so much when it comes to their fits so try not to get hung up the number or your size. People can be different sizes across brands primarily because there are no universal, mandatory sizing standards in the women's clothing industry. We know this can be frustrating so we try our best to try-on styles, take our own photos and communicate fit where we can!
