Yes! We are located Downtown Galt in Cambridge, Ontario and you can visit our store in person to shop and browse.

Our shop is 3000 sq ft and is fully stocked with all the products you see on our online store. We are an all-women team who truly enjoy our time in-store and pride ourselves in creating a happy and beautiful place for our customers to visit.

We offer FREE CANADA-WIDE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $199.

Orders under $199 have a flat rate shipping fee of $16.95 plus applicable taxes.

We process all orders quickly and ship within 1-4 business days. Packages go out Tuesday through Friday and always ship Priority with Tracking, using Clickship to find the fastest courier available. 

We ship out of our warehouse in Cambridge,
Ontario and ship all across Canada. Shipping times vary by distance and location with remote locations taking longer than urban addresses.

Please note: we do not ship Internationally or to the US.

Absolutely. You can select “In-Store Pickup” at checkout, and we’ll notify you when your order is ready. If you place your order before 2pm we will have your order ready the same day.

We want you to love your item, but sometimes things just don’t work out. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 14 days of receipt. With an original receipt, a full refund will be applied to the original method of payment, otherwise store credit will be issued.

We try our best to provide accurate descriptions with sizing advice for specific products. If a style is oversized, we may recommend sizing down, or if it fits small we will let you know.

One thing we do know for sure -- size is just a number! We find that brands can vary so much when it comes to their fits so try not to get hung up the number or your size. People can be different sizes across brands primarily because there are no universal, mandatory sizing standards in the women's clothing industry. We know this can be frustrating so we try our best to try-on styles, take our own photos and communicate fit where we can!
