Inspired by a one-of-a-kind antique weaving, this machine-washable version of one our bestselling Kit Kemp rugs is perfect for homes with pets and ideal for high-traffic areas like kitchens, mudrooms, and entryways. Its superior quality means it lies flat and remains soft underfoot, with no pilling or shedding, even after multiple washes. An anti-slip backing ensures the rug stays firmly in place.

  • Wash separately using cold water and a mild detergent; do not bleach.
  • Hang or lay flat to dry; do not machine dry.
  • Please note: if your rug arrives folded, it may take up to two weeks for any creases to relax.

About the Brand - Dash & Albert

It all started with a dream, and a sewing machine. A lifelong lover of design (and dogs!) Annie Selke cut her teeth in merchandising and product development at Saks Fifth Avenue and Ferragamo. Then, harnessing her experience and passion, she returned to her home, in the Berkshires of Massachusetts, and launched Pine Cone Hill from her dining room table in 1994. Dash & Albert rugs followed 10 years later.

When Annie launched Dash & Albert Rugs in 2004, she named the company after her two beloved dogs. They’ve been revolutionizing the industry ever since, with cotton, performance, wool, and natural fiber rugs in a wide variety of patterns and hues (custom sizes, too!) that will brighten every. single. space.
